Committee Goals
This Committee strives to accelerate knowledge, discovery, and creation of therapeutics by integrating diverse data and enhancing the use of informatics methods and tools through training initiatives.
This Committee supports research networking to implement data and metadata standards, semantic approaches, policies, and practices for data and software access, and sharing to enhance collaboration.
This Committee facilitates the innovative use of informatics technology in various areas such as personalized medicine, education, patient recruitment, community engagement, and dissemination of health information and practices.

The Informatics Enterprise Committee holds regular meetings to achieve the CTSA Program objectives. The iEC Lead Team meets the second and fourth Friday of the month, 1:00-2:00 p.m. ET. The full iEC membership meets the first Friday of every month from 1:00-2:00 p.m. ET.
