The TL1/T32 awards are designed to provide full-time research training and support for predoctoral and postdoctoral fellows who seek an introduction to clinical and translational research. The CTSA Program hubs select TL1/T32 candidates who demonstrate exceptional experience in clinical and translational research. This program offers a valuable opportunity to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field.
The R25 awards provide support for educational activities that complement and/or enhance the training of a workforce to meet the nation’s biomedical, behavioral and clinical research needs. R25 opportunities support research education for undergraduate, graduate (Ph.D. level only) or health professional (e.g., medical) students, medical residents, postdoctoral fellows, and early-career faculty.
