Indiana CTSI 2024 Trailblazer Awardees

The Indiana CTSI is thrilled to announce the recipients of the 2024 Trailblazer Awards! The Trailblazer Award funds innovative and collaborative community-engaged research projects that aim to improve health outcomes, address social determinants of health (SDoH), and enhance health equity across Indiana. This year’s awardees have demonstrated exceptional commitment to fostering healthier communities through their groundbreaking projects.

 

The selected projects span a diverse range of focus areas, including nutrition and physical activity interventions, assessing symptom severity among individuals experiencing homelessness, cancer risk assessment, and supporting the resilience, wellness, and health literacy of immigrant communities in Indiana.
