University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences TRI Announces Two Postdoctoral Fellows for Entrepreneurship Training Program

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Translational Research Institute (TRI) has announced two postdoctoral trainees for its Health Sciences Innovation and Entrepreneurship (HSIE) Postdoctoral Training Program, beginning July 1, 2024. Selected in a competitive application process, the trainees will receive two years of mentored entrepreneurship training in partnership with the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business.

 

The HSIE postdoctoral trainees, their research goals and mentors are:

 

Nicholas Callais, M.D., a surgical resident in the College of Medicine Department of Surgery. His research focuses on evaluating DNA-PK(cs) as a novel target for therapeutic immunosuppression in transplant patients…
