At the annual meeting of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) in August, Elizabeth Fortune, M.B.A., C.R.A., Wright Center Administrative Director and Shirley Helm, M.S., C.C.R.P., Wright Center Senior Administrator for Network Capacity & Workforce Strategies secured a national distinction, earning the runner-up title in the Discovery & Innovation Showcase. Their project, “Innovative Undergraduate Minor in Research Ecosystems: Preparing the Next Generation of Research Administrators,” was celebrated by judges as both inspiring and forward-thinking.
