Goal #3: Address health disparities 

In honor of National Diabetes Month in November, the Community Engagement Core of the Southern California Clinical and Translational Science Institute (SC CTSI) hosted two health fairs to support medically underserved communities in Los Angeles. Held in East Los Angeles and South Los Angeles, these events focused on addressing chronic diseases like diabetes, which disproportionately affect Black and Latino communities. Goal #8: Foster the development of the emerging field of translational science
