The University of Alabama at Birmingham Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) Bionutrition Unit is a bustling hub, with its Metabolic Kitchen producing thousands of meals each year. In 2023 alone, the CCTS Metabolic Kitchen prepared more than 10,000 research meals, which included preparing, packaging, and shipping meals both locally and across the region.
