Center for Clinical & Translational Science & Training at the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center - K Scholars Career Development Award Program

Center for Clinical & Translational Science & Training (CCTST) K Scholar, Chidiogo Anyigbo, M.D., M.P.H., assistant professor in the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) Division of General and Community Pediatrics, has been selected for Cincinnati Business Courier’s Forty Under 40 class. This program highlights and celebrates the next generation of leaders who are positively shaping the Greater Cincinnati community.

Dr. Anyigbo’s research is focused on household and population level interventions to mitigate adverse childhood experiences and address the barriers that limit a caregiver’s ability to foster safe, stable and nurturing relationships for their children. Her research findings have been relevant to infant and child health and the on-going conversations in Congress about fully funding the Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC).
