Purpose

Audience: Trainees (Ts) and Scholars (Ks), PIs, and Administrators

 

Aims to support the development of translational science skills through a mentoring tool that focuses on observable behaviors (milestones) rather than traditional rating scales. This tool evaluates 44 competencies organized into ten domains: Domain Expert, Rigorous Researcher, Ethical Researcher, Team Player, Skilled Communicator, Resilient Scientist, Boundary Crosser, Research Leader, Process Innovator, and Systems Thinker.
