For a skilled workforce capable of using this data for impactful research outcomes. This data presents unique challenges and requires specific tools and resources for acquisition, integration, analysis, and knowledge.
To meet these needs the CTSA Real World Data Workforce Working Group was established. This group will identify the training needed to empower the CTSA community. We will identify the skills, inventory the training available, and create an RWD Training Maturity Model to guide organizations on their maturity pathway.
