Purpose

Audience: Biostatistics, Biomedical Informatics and Data Science Enterprise Committee

The purpose of this survey is to evaluate institutional readiness for responsible artificial intelligence (AI) across CTSA hubs. The survey measures six domains of AI maturity-governance, technical infrastructure, workforce, model lifecycle, clinical integration, and assurance readiness-based on established frameworks (NIST AI RMF, CHAI, HIMSS, TEHAI). The results will help identify areas of strength and improvement across the CTSA network and serve as the foundation for developing a federated AI assurance framework aligned with the PATH Workgroup.
