Working Group Report Submission

How to Submit a Working Group Written Report

Written reports are submitted to the Steering Committee (SC) at 6-month, 12-month, 18-month, and 24-month intervals. These reports should cover: the purpose of the Working Group (WG); goals and deliverables; timeline and progress toward those goals and deliverables; and a summary of community member involvement in the WG.

Reports are submitted via an online report submission form hosted on the CCOS website. When a reporting period is open, the form will be available only to WG Chair(s) and will appear as a banner on the WG’s webpage. A direct link to the report submission form with further instructions will also be provided to the WG Chair(s) by the WG Meeting Coordinator.

For more questions about the WG Report Submissions please contact your Working Group Meeting Coordinator or email CCOS Support.
