Hub Admin Role

Understand the Hub Admin Role

Hub Administrators help manage their hub's users and certain hub-level activities on the CCOS website.

Users assigned the Hub Administrator permission have access to the Manage Hub Users area, where they can perform Hub Admin functions.

Hub Admin Responsibilities

Depending on the activity, Hub Administrators may use CCOS to:

  • Review and process new account requests associated with their hub.
  • View users affiliated with their hub.
  • Manage hub membership information.
  • Review and confirm Enterprise Committee voting-member assignments during the annual confirmation and election cycle.

Access Hub Admin Features

To access Hub Admin features:

  1. Log in to your CCOS account.
  2. Select your name in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Manage Hub Users.

The available options will appear within the Manage Hub Users area.

Don't See Manage Hub Users?

Access to Hub Admin features requires the appropriate account permission. If you are a designated Hub Administrator but do not see Manage Hub Users, email CCOS Support at support@ccos.ctsa.io for assistance.
