Log In for the First Time
Once your CCOS account has been created and approved, you can log in using the sign-on service associated with your account.
Step 1: Go to the CCOS Website
Navigate to the CCOS website and select Log In in the upper-right corner of the page.
Step 2: Select Your Sign-On Service
Choose the sign-on service associated with your CCOS account:
- InCommon – Sign in using credentials from a participating institution.
- Login.gov – Sign in using your Login.gov account.
- NIH – Sign in using your NIH credentials.
If you are unsure which login method is associated with your account, refer to your account approval email, or email Support for further assistance.
Step 3: Enter Your Credentials
Follow the prompts from your selected sign-on service to enter your credentials and complete any required authentication.
After successfully logging in, you will be redirected to the CCOS homepage. Your user icon and account options will appear in the upper-right corner in place of the Log In button.
