Group Goals
Conduct further research on EDW4R, building on the previous success of phases 1 and 2.
Develop best practice guidance materials and explore new questions, including how EDW4R has evolved over time.
Deploy the EDW4R Maturity Index, finalizing it in collaboration with evaluation staff and implementing it consortium-wide.
Create an operational guidebook for EDW4R, drawing on the data collected from the working group and the emerging information from the special focus issue of the Journal of American Medical Informatics Association.
Establish a framework for EDW4R governance, defining roles and responsibilities for stakeholders involved in the management and use of electronic health record data.
Develop a standardized approach for data quality assurance in EDW4R, including guidelines for data collection, processing, and analysis.
