NCATS/NIH

Abstract

This poster describes a collaboration between AIM-AHEAD and NCATS to develop a national AI/ML workforce using real-world clinical data in N3C. The program trained 153 early-career clinicians and data scientists through coursework, mentorship, and hands-on projects. Reported outcomes include increased AI/ML knowledge and confidence, scientific presentations, publications, grants, promotions, and the development of a scalable workforce model.
