Poster Session

This year’s Poster and Networking session, held on November 7 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET, is designed to provide CTSA trainees and scholars with a platform to present their work and an opportunity to network with CTSA leadership. Each hub may submit a single poster from a TL1/T32 trainee or KL2/K12 scholar related to the overarching theme of the meeting - "Leveraging Real World Data (RWD) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Advance Translation.”

The goal of this poster session is to highlight up and coming trainees and scholars and provide them with a valuable networking opportunity. If your Hub does not have a current TL1/T32 trainee or KL2/K12 scholar working in an area related to the meeting theme, we would encourage you to identify an early career candidate that fits the spirit of this poster session and request approval. Please reach out to CCOS at FallPlanningCmt@ccos.ctsa.io to submit an alternative candidate. Exceptions will be approved on a case-by-case basis by members of the Poster Session Subcommittee.

We request that Hub Administrators manage the submission of the abstract and digital poster representing their hub to the CCOS website. The submission portal has opened and will close on October 23. Posters will be viewable on the CCOS website one week before the Fall Annual Meeting and presented onsite by trainees and scholars who may attend the meeting in addition to the limited number of in-person attendees from each hub. Top posters will be recognized at the closing session of the Fall Annual Meeting on November 8.
