Cycle XV Working Group Proposal Submissions are Open!

Submissions for Cycle XV Working Group Proposals are open until September 30! The CTSA Steering Committee is seeking proposals that align with the following areas: national training curricula in CTS, artificial intelligence, career development, team science mentoring dissemination and implementation, or identification of health determinants (biology, structural, and social).

Registration for the 2025 Fall CTSA Program Meeting is now open! The meeting will be held October 22-24 in Arlington, VA. Release Version 1.37 of the CCOS Public Website

CCOS is excited to announce the new process for group membership and management! CCOS members can now update their group memberships via the CCOS website. Users now have the ability to join a group and view their active and inactive group memberships from their profile page. Additionally, hub administrators can export a .csv file that includes group membership affiliations for their hub on the hub membership page.

Steering Committee Approves BIDS EC Charter

CCOS is happy to announce that the Steering Committee has approved the CTSA BIDS EC Charter. Each CTSA hub may nominate candidates who reflect institutional leadership in a BIDS-related discipline. We encourage broad participation in the nomination process to ensure diverse representation across BIDS disciplines and CTSA hubs. If you have any questions or would like to discuss the process further, contact bids@ccos.ctsa.io.  

New RFI Feature on the CCOS Website

There is a new CTSA Requests for Information (RFI) feature on the CCOS website. The purpose of this page is to gather information from hubs to demonstrate the impact of the CTSA program. The data will be used to provide information to stakeholders, support updates to NCATS sponsored websites, create a catalogue of CTSA efforts, and identify opportunities for collaboration.

POCTRN Unveils Six New Innovation Award Opportunities

The POCTRN network has announced six new innovation award opportunities to help foster groundbreaking advancements in health technology. Each center offers unique awards, with the potential for awards to reach up to $150,000. Successful applicants may also receive 12 months of in-kind support services. Applications are due Friday, June 6, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

CCOS Account Will Soon be Required to Join CTSA Groups

Starting September 1, a CCOS account will be required for CTSA members to join any CTSA groups, including Enterprise Committees, Consortium Groups, and Working Groups. Current members without active CCOS accounts will be contacted to register in the coming months.
