Register Now: DCT Collaborative Workshop

Registration is still open for the Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT) Collaborative Workshop, scheduled for February 12, 2025, in Los Angeles, CA. The goals of this Collaborative Workshop will be to enable CTSAs to gain a common understanding of DCT, provide an opportunity to form teams around DCT research, and identify the ways the CTSAs have and can support DCT including the areas of building successful DCT and navigating the evolving landscape.

CCOS website release version 1.26 included backend updates to automated helpdesk confirmation emails and CCOS's content management system, as well as minor updates to the Working Groups page to enable continued access to sunsetted Working Groups.

CCOS website release version 1.25 included updates to the User Profile feature to optimize internal CCOS processes and improve the user account management workflow.

CCOS website release version 1.24 included backend updates to CCOS submission systems, including working group proposal submissions, poster submissions, and pod submissions.

CCOS website release version 1.23 includes the release of CCOS User Profiles. CCOS website users that are logged in can now view and edit their account information, including personal, institutional, contact, and optional information provided during account registration. Users can also view their account security information, including the sign in service used to log in to the CCOS website and their user account permissions. The CCOS Help page has additional instructions on how to update a user profile.
Release Version 1.22 of the CCOS Public Website
9/11/2024
CCOS website release version 1.22 included a new feature that will enable CTSA hub administrators to easily confirm and edit their hub's Enterprise Committee Voting Members. Hub administrators will be able to update their hub EC Voting Assignments from September 12 - October 4, 2024. This release also included data remediation for 2023 Fall CTSA Annual Program Meeting Poster Gallery and minor updates to the CCOS About page.

N3C COVID Data Access Extension

NCATS and Mike Kurilla are asking CTSA members to consider having their institution extend access to the N3C COVID data.
The 3 original agreements - Data Transfer Agreement (DTA), Data Use Agreement (DUA), and the Linkage Honest Broker Agreement (LHBA) - were limited for a period of 5 years. These agreements will begin expiring in 2025. NCATS seeks to extend data access with a new expiration date of September 30, 2029…

Release Version 1.21 of the CCOS Public Website

CCOS website release version 1.21 included updates to the Pod Submission form, including restricting access to Pod Leads only and adding a field to capture the type of feedback being reported (crowdsourced agenda topic, questions for the Steering Committee, emerging topics and innovative approaches, and other). The Pod Archive was also updated to display the new Feedback Topic. This release also included backend updates to the Poster Gallery for the CTSA Annual Program Meeting.

Registration is now open for the 2024 Fall CTSA Program Annual Meeting! The meeting will be held November 13-15, 2024, in Rockville, MD. The theme for this year's meeting is Building CTSA Program Impact through Innovation, Collaboration, and Equity.
Visit the Program Meeting page to register, check out the agenda, and review poster session details.
Poster submissions for this year's meeting are also being accepted at this time. Each hub may only submit one poster related to this year's theme.
