Purpose
The CTSA Program Annual Spring Meeting provides an opportunity for the CTSA Steering Committee, Communicators Group, and Enterprise Committees to convene in person to support their goals, address priority or emerging public health issues, and share and/or define best practices across the consortium. Each group sets their own agenda for this meeting.
Participation can be in-person or virtual. Please note that presentations will be streamed via Zoom, and we will support questions in the chat during/after presentations. However, group discussion/breakout sessions will not be streamed.

The 2023 CTSA Program Spring Steering Committee will be held at the Washington Hilton hotel on Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 1:30-6pm. A beautiful historic hotel within blocks of Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan and is less than 2 miles from the White House and National Mall.

The 2023 CTSA Program Spring Group Meetings will be hosted at the Capital Hilton on Friday, April 21, 2023. This historic hotel is less than a mile from McPherson Square metro station and the National Mall, the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum are within two miles.
The UL1 PI meeting will be held at the Capitol Hilton on Thursday, April 20th, 2023. This meeting will be from 11am-noon ET.

Eligibility to Attend
Personnel from CTSA Program hubs with active grants are encouraged to attend the 2023 Spring CTSA Program Group Meetings. The CTSA Program hub is defined as follows:
- Is a UL1/UM1 awardee
- Linked to a KL2 award
- Optionally, linked to a TL1 award
CTSA Program hubs can consist of a single institution plus the possibility of one or more partner institutions. Hubs in no-cost extension are also eligible to attend. Participation in the meeting by personnel from partnering institutions is encouraged as well. Refer to the NCATS CTSA Program Funding Table and/or the Notice of Grant Award websites to determine eligibility.
Prior approval through NCATS is required for attendance of participants outside of an eligible CTSA Program hub.
UL1 PI Meeting:
UL1 Principal Investigators with active grants may attend the networking meeting on Thursday, April 20, 2023. For any questions, free to reach out to kate.fetherston@icf.com for assistance.

Washington, D.C. Proof of Vaccine Mandate
Effective Monday, February 28, 2022 – public health order 2021-2 has been REPEALED. Proof of full vaccination and required wearing of masks during our meeting is no longer in effect.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is not required to attend the 2023 CTSA Program Spring Group Meetings; however, all attendees are encouraged to complete their COVID-19 vaccination series and boosters (if eligible) before attending the meeting.
